"Patti, My heart went out to you when I heard about Tom. His faith and warm personality will be so very much missed by the Bethany family. His caring attitude for others spoke volumes about the love that he had for his Lord. He was always so kind to ask about my father every Sunday. I will always remember that. You and Tom have been a true blessing to Bethany. I will check with you to see how I may help. I know that the Lord has opened his arms to Tom, may He also give you the strength to endure and the peace that comes with His promise of salvation. Jim McHan"

"In 76 I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Tom Brown when he owned the Phillips 66 station on Oltorf. I had a 44 pick-up, which I still own, that he helped me with. I remember his son and daughter when they were young. Tom was always there when I needed help. Later in life, I moved to Cedar Creek, and we renewed our friendship. I have the place at McDonald Ln. and South Pope Bend and he would stop and visit and reminece the old days. I have a sad heart, a friend is gone."
