"Dear Col Delmas, I am sorry to hear of the death of your dear wife. I hope this letter find you doing as well as can be expected! It seem so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love! Have you ever wondered, is there a remedy for death? If so, what hope is there for the dead? Will we ever see our loved one again? We can because the Bible makes this promise: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up." And the Bible also says: "The righteous themselves will possess the earth and they will reside forever upon it."--Isaliah 26:19; Psalm 37:29. We can have real confidence in such promises, because Almighty God has not only the power but also the desire to resurrect persons whom he chooses. Jesus Christ himself said: "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."--Luke 20:37, 38. What a time that will be to see our loved ones come back to life never to die again by means of a resurrection of the dead right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions! I hope this has helped you to cope with your loss. Christian Love C. Marks, Sr"

"I got to know this special lady, as a client, in 1999 at Allred & Company Salon. I enjoyed listening as Lorraine always talked enthusiastically about her husband, daughters, and grandchildren. We also got to share stories about our faith in Christ. I will surely miss our weekly time together. My condolences to all of her loved ones. Linda Segura"

"In 1988, my husband, two sons and I moved into the same neighborhood as the Lippards. We really enjoyed the years living there. When we were working in the yard, planting trees to try and get some shade, the Lippards would be walking their daughters beautiful dogs. They would stop and talk to us and we would talk for some time about family, plants, animals and many other important things. We were always glad to see them and have a chat. We moved a few miles away 10 years later, but saw them every once in a while at the grocery store, post office or church. I am very sad for the Lippard family because Lorraine was a very warm, caring person and she will be missed by all who knew her."
