"I see all of the other comments and realize that Tim touched many people. I had the pleasure of meeting Tim when I started with The City of Austin. He had an amazing sense of humor and took advantage of every opportunity possible, to make me laugh and smile each time we interacted. God allowed us all to have Tim in our lives for a brief moment, and I thank Him for that and all of the blessings that He has bestowed upon me. My condolences to the Louviere family. Timothy James Louviere8/1/1959 - 3/2/2012Tim, age 52, of Uhland, TX, was a senior pipeline technician and a 22 year veteran of the Austin Water Utility.Tim will always be remembered as a hardworking committed man who put on a tough exterior act but had the biggest loving heart, always first and most willing to lend a hand to anyone that needed it. If you knew Tim well you knew where to find his stash of Little Debbie snacks.He took pride in his work, home, and family. He will be dearly missed by friends and family and will remembered and remain in our hearts. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Romero Louviere.Survivors are his wife, Sandra Louviere; daughters, Danielle, Desiree, Alaina, and Veronica; son, Joseph; grandchildren, David, Catti, Jayden, and Ayden; father, Jerry Louviere; sisters, Melinda and Melissa; brothers, Terrell, Troy, Todd, and Trent, numerous nieces & nephews.The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Harrell Funeral Home, Austin, TX. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 9, 2012 at LifePoint Church, 11300 Old San Antonio Hwy, Manchaca, TX. He was hard working, a master of his craft, and willing to help anyone at anytime! I appreciated his honesty and strait forwardness. We were always genuine with one another and he was a man of his word. In my 11 years of working as Crew Leader or Supervisor at different locations than him, it was always a pleasure to every now and then work with Tim again on a job.
