"I see all of the other comments and realize that Tim touched many people. I had the pleasure of meeting Tim when I started with The City of Austin. He had an amazing sense of humor and took advantage of every opportunity possible, to make me laugh and smile each time we interacted. God allowed us all to have Tim in our lives for a brief moment, and I thank Him for that and all of the blessings that He has bestowed upon me. My condolences to the Louviere family. May God bless and you keep during this time of loss. Rest in Peace "Crazy Cajun!""

"I had the esteemed pleasure of meeting and getting to know Tim when I began working with the City of Austin, Water Utility Department in 2001. I was a Crew Leader and Tim was Senior Operator. He was hard working, a master of his craft, and willing to help anyone at anytime! I appreciated his honesty and strait forwardness. We were always genuine with one another and he was a man of his word. In my 11 years of working as Crew Leader or Supervisor at different locations than him, it was always a pleasure to every now and then work with Tim again on a job. You could always count on him to get the job done...and do it well! To your family, you are all in the prayers of me and my wife, Pamela. My faith in God assures me that you are resting in a better place and God has said..."Tim...job well done!""

"I was so saddened by the news. To your family & friends my deepest regards. My prayers are with you and your family. I will miss your rough demeaner, but with that little look and grin you always had. You were the best at what you were & did. You always took pride in what you did and expected that of others. We will always appreciate the help you gave to my brother-in-law & sister-in-law. You always helped them with anything they needed of you and then more. God Bless you & your Family. Heaven's Gate will be opening wide for your great spirit."

"To Tim's Family, our thoughts, prayers, and love go out to you. The Louviere Family were our neighbors for quite a few years. We had many fun times during our block parties. We remember Tim always suggested Louisiana style crawfish, and other Louisiana seafood. Tim definitely was a hard working, friendly, and easy-going man. He always had a sense of humor and a smile on his face. Tim always found a way to make extra money on the side.:)He used to come by and sell us wood for our fireplace during the winter. Our daughter always enjoyed playing with Joseph and his little sister. Tim will truly be missed by many friends that knew him. May God Bless him and his family. The Nichols Family"
