"Irene, may God bless you and your family and give you strength in this time of loss. Andy, may he rest in peace, and myself really were glad to have you two as neighbors when we lived in Austin. Herb was always very helpful when we needed help. We also enjoyed the holidays when we lived next door to you because Herb always decorated your house so pretty in Christmas. He was so organized that he was ready to turn on the Christmas lights on Thanksgiving. They were always so pretty. Take care and will keep in touch with you. Always, Elena Gutierrez!"
