Jose (Joe) Hipolito, 58, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at his home near Austin, Texas. Joe was a lifelong resident of Austin and was employed at McBryde and Sons Remodeling at the time of his passing. He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Richard, his parents Jesse and Ramona Hipolito, and his sister Ramona Roman. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, pictured above, Janie Rios Hipolito, his son, Michael, his son, Andrew and his wife, Sarah; brother, Jesse Hipolito(Cecilia) sisters, Sarah Hipolito, Mary Ann Hicks(Terry), Josie Acevedo(Carlos), Virginia Rincon(Jaime),Julie Hernandez; in-laws Blaza and Ezekiel Rios, Brother and sisters-in law, Syliva Medina, Anita Wilkerson(Donald), Martin Rios(Tiffany),Ezekiel Rios Jr.(Lucy); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; his dog, Linus.The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 PM on Friday, December 20, 2013, at Austin Cornerstone Church, 1101 Reinli, Austin, Texas. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 PM Friday.A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 21, 2013, at Austin Cornerstone Church, 1101 Reinli, Austin, Texas under the direction of Harrell Funeral Home, Austin. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.Serving as pallbearers will be Johnny Garza , Bryan Johnston, Martin Rios, Jesse Hipolito, Donald Wilkerson and David Reyes.
