"I posted a memory and tried to include a recent photo of Ann that I love, but it didn't work. I finally figured out how to make it work--you have to tilt your head. This was taken a few Mondays ago at St David's South Hospital when Ann was volunteering and my dog, Sophia, was making her visits to patients. Love, Vicki Spencer"

"Ann has been my neighbor for 40 years. We would visit often when she was working in her beautiful garden and I was walking my dogs. When one of my dogs became a Therapy Pet Pal who visited the South Austin hospital every week, I discovered that my neighbor, Ann, also volunteered at the hospital. So I would also see her every week at the hospital. She was the dearest friend and neighbor and I will miss her lovely smile and sweet spirit that blessed my life. With love, Vicki Spencer"

"My condolences to Ann's family. She was a good friend, neighbor, and fellow gardener! I will remember forever her voice calling me from across the yard to talk about flowers. She grew the absolutely best tomatoes and generously shared them with her friends and neighbors. Her strength was wonderful to behold."
