Maryann M. Westhoff died April 14, 2018 at the age of 90 in her new home in Salinas CA where she moved in June, 2017 to be closer to family.

Growing up in St. Louis, Maryann graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1943. She attended Washington University and the University of Missouri, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education in 1948. She fueled her lifelong interest in children by teaching Sunday School at the First Union Congregational Church long after retirement.

Maryann enjoyed tennis, knitting, and bridge. She was an avid reader, and most of all, her friends and family remember she was a devoted and talented tap dancer, performing well into her seventies. She was a member of the First Union Congregational Church and the Quincy Country Club.
