"My deepest sympathy to Barb's family. She was a dear lady...so nice to me when I was a child during my Quincy visits. The last time I saw her was in 1987 while she was visiting Don and they attended my wedding in Dallas. She was always so happy and proud of her children. And my Dad and Mom were very fond of her. You are in my prayers, Barbara (Keller) Dilbeck (daughter of Robert and Irene Keller)"

"The community has lost a great lady in Barb Koch. Before she married my cousin Jack, she was our next door neighbor. No problems with the Feld kids, George Feld knew how to raise kids. Although Barb wasn't involved with politics as an elected official, she served to post signs in her yard for many candidates and served for many many years as an election judge. Thanks Barb. She was a kind and friendly person as anyone who knew her knows. She will be missed."
