"Greg and I went out almost thirty years ago. He was my first love, so I always will remember him. He was a good guy and will be greatly missed. Sorry I won't be able to make it home for his funeral, but he will be in my thoughts and his family will be in my prayers. RIP, Greg."

"I have known Greg since I was in tenth grade. Later we worked at Gem City Pizza together. I know during those years Greg, Jim, Bob, Red, Berwee and I caused Laaker much consternation and more than a couple of headaches. Those were good times. He became part of the family when he married my niece, Robyn. He liked to give me a hard time calling me Uncle Doug. I'm going to miss that."
