Eleanor D. Loos, 69, 624 Monroe, Quincy, died Wednesday, January 12, 2000 in her home.
She was born June 13, 1930 in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of Earl and Lola Lawrence Kaltenbach.
She was a 1949 Quincy High School graduate.She was an employee of Motorola prior to becoming the custodian at Stipp's Restaurant. She was a member of Columbus Road Baptist Church.
Survivors include a 2 sons, Dale W. Loos, Quincy; Albert W. Loos and his girl friend Kathy Woodward ; 2 daughters, Debbie Loos, Quincy; Linda Taute and her husband Arthur, Quincy; brother-in-law, Merle McCaffrey, Polo, IL; special friends, Jeanette ( J.J.) Rardon, Quincy; Larry Ridings, Quincy , 3 grandchildren Tristan and Adrianna Loos and Morgan Williams, all of Quincy, and 2 brothers Earl Kaltenbach, Clinton, MO and Aaron Kaltenbach, Houston, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Betty McCaffrey.
Funeral Services will be Friday, January 14, 2000 at 11 am at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home, Rev. John Adams officiating. Friends are invited and may call Friday morning from 10 am - 11 am. Burial in Bluff Hall Cemetery, Bluff Hall, Illinois.
