Johnnie Starks, 66, of Carroll, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the 1st Assembly, 1913 East 22nd Street, in Atlantic, Iowa. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
