Robert 'Bob' E. Black, 57, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at LifePoint Assembly of God in Osceola, Iowa. Burial will follow in the Murray Cemetery.
