Phyllis Willrich Piatt, 94 of Stuart passed away in the Stuart Care Center on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. A memorial service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Dexter, Iowa on August 29, 2015 at 1 p.m. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
Phyllis was born on May 29, 1921 to Charles and Clara (Marsh) Willrich in Madison County, Iowa. Following school she married Marlin Piatt and the couple raised their family in Dexter where she was a homemaker until her kids were grown. She then became a realtor and worked in Phoenix, Arizona area for 25 years.
Those left to cherish her loving memories are her daughters Teresa Pinkert, and Susan Ball.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son R.W. (Russ) Piatt, and her brother Ted Willrich.
Celebrate Life Iowa has been entrusted with the cremation services.
