Mildred L. Millie Waugh age 88 of Delmar Iowa died on Friday afternoon March 232007.0 at her home in rural Delmar Iowa.



A celebration of her life will be held at 3 P.M. Monday April 22007.0 from the Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa Iowa. Visitation will be held from Noon to 3 P.M. on Monday April 22007.0 from the Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery rural Maquoketa Iowa.



Mildred L. Millie Heneke was born on August 8 1918 in rural Delmar Iowa to Paul Heneke and Carrie (Romer) Heneke. She was a Delmar High School graduate. She married Myrle J. Bill Waugh on February 20 1939 in Clinton Iowa. He preceded her in death on August 17 1997.



Millie was a homemaker and had farmed with her husband in the Delmar area for many years.



Millie was a member of the Delmar United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading sewing gardening playing bingo and watching Wheel of Fortune. She especially loved her family and watching her great-grandchildren.



Millie is survived by: sons- Robert (Ramona) Waugh of Eagle Rock MO & Gary (Wanda) Waugh of Bartlesville OK; a son-in-law- Robert Mangler of Delmar IA; 6 grandchildren 10 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild; & 3 sisters-in-law- Opal Kanneberg of DeWitt IA Maxine Knight of DeWitt IA & Rita Heneke of Delmar IA. She was preceded in death by her parents her husband a daughter- Carol Mangler on July 72005.0 a daughter-in-law- Sharon Waugh a granddaughter a great-granddaughter 1 brother & 1 sister.



A Mildred L. Millie Waugh Memorial Fund has been established.
