"Walter was a former neighbor when I lived on the farm. I remember one day when it was storming beyond belief the sky was just black. I was worried for him so I ran across the road and there was Walter going back & forth like it was sunny and 70â??ïë outside. When I ran over to him to tell him to go home he looked up at the sky and said Yeah I guess it is kinda dark maybe I will go home.I have him a such hard time about it every time he stopped over and we would laugh about it. Dorothy always said Well he finally listened to someone.Walter was always such a hardworking and kind person to me even though he had a tough exterior. I will remember our neighbor visits fondly. My sympathy to the Tralau family Dorothy Bill and Carol.Anne Spaete"
