"Jo Ann was such a caring and dedicated volunteer with the 4-H and Master Gardener programs. She shared her love of bees and gardening with others, and she inspired me with her kind and gentle spirit. We enjoyed time together on bus trips, and she loved seeing the gardens we visited. I am honored to have had the chance to know her. God rest her soul, and may she Rest In Peace. Deepest sympathy to her family."
