Jim Tigges wrote on Oct 27, 2009:

"Cindy, Tim and Families, I just read about your mother's passing (the Algona paper comes a week late, out-of-state) and I wanted to extend my sympathies to you. It sounds crazy, but for whatever reason, I often think of (or dream about!) your folks and the farm, etc. from being a little kid. I remember how I always enjoyed her smile and her laugh. I don't believe I've seen her since Tim's high school graduation reception, but I do hope she was in relatively good health these years since your dad passed away. Anyway, just wanted to know I was thinking of you and hope a (surely) forgotten-name-from-the-past from a far-away-location brings you a smile for the day! I hope the caring and concern of family and friends are a source of comfort in this difficult time. Sincerely, Jim (& Cathy) Tigges Phoenix, AZ"

Charlotte and her wonderful smile..always looking out for me out there "on the farm". We can only imagine the gab fest going on up there in heaven with those three sisters and Grandma K. "

"Tim, Cindy and Family - My heart goes out to you and your families at the passing of Aunt Charlotte. I always loved to see her because she was just as sweet as her mom and reminded me so much of Great-Grandma Korlaske. I can see her now with Grandma Jean and Aunt Shirley - that makes me smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love - Kris Kelly Rivas"
