Margaret Mary Drinnen was born May 4, 1922, in Greenwood Township, Iowa, the daughter of Andrew and Winifred Deitering. She graduated from St. John's High School in Bancroft in 1941.
Margaret died Thursday, December 15, 2005, in Amarillo, Texas. She was 83 years old.
She is survived by her three sons, Claud and Mary Drinnen of Amarillo, Texas; Daniel Drinnen of Las Vegas, Nevada; Thomas and LeAnn Drinnen of Dallas, Texas; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Bill Deitering of Abilene, Kansas; a sister, Maureen Marshall of Fort Collins, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claud in 1963 and a son, David Lee Drinnen in 1995.
