Brad Loucks

Bradley Allen Loucks was born June 25, 1957 in Anchorage, Alaska, first born son of Allen and Louise (Jorgenson) Loucks. Brad attended Ledyard Community School and graduated in 1976. He attended Iowa Central College in Ft. Dodge Iowa, graduating with a farm power mechanic degree.
Brad married Shirley Klinksiek on July 18, 1981 in Ledyard, Iowa. They bore two sons, Andrew August and Samuel Bradley. Brad spent his entire life working the land - he loved being a farmer. He loved his wife, his boys, his family and was God's servant at home and in the community. He also loved to play the game of pool and was in pool league for many years. Brad enjoyed the out-of-doors and had a love for animals.
Brad went home to Jesus August 20, 2005 due to a farming accident. Survivors include his wife Shirley, sons Andrew and Samuel, his parents, Allen and Louise, in-laws Howard and Marian Klinksiek, brothers David of Ledyard, Iowa, Brent and wife Kristen of Dennison, Minnesota, and Mark and wife Monica and their daughter Lilly, of Harlingen, Texas, his sisters-in-law, Cyndy Klinksiek and husband John Sorensen of Minneapolis, MN, Mildi and husband Barry Tesch of Elmore, MN and brother-in-law, Marv Klinksiek of Ledyard as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
