"I have many wonderful memories dating back to our early years. We first connected at 8 yrs old at Central Lutheran Sunday School. Then we added Phelps Junior High at 12 yrs old, followed by high school. Dean, Ron Mrachek and I joined the Naval Air Reserve in the Twin Cities together. A 3 month Naval boot camp later followed and after that we spent a week in the Canadian/Minnesota boundry waters conoeing. Many miles separated us in the years that followed while raising our families. However, when we did meet we renewed our friendship. You are a big part of that fiendship, Deana, and we are so sorry for your loss. We are currently wintering in Florida and will be unable to attend the funeral."
