"One of our best memories of Mike was the time we were all down at the shop. Mike had smoked pork chops all day. One of the best meals in town. After having a few beers Mike and Brad had gotten out the potato gun. Boy we had a lot of fun. My kids still talk about the time we were shooting it across the bridge. We will miss him dearly and our prayers are with Lynette and the rest of the family.

"Mike, you were a part of our lives since the day you were born. My cousin, Dave's childhood friend, our best man and our friend. The memories came flowing back when we got the sad news. The birthday celebrations, famous haircut, red van, always cars being worked on in the yard, engines hanging from the trees, and of course your love of racing. Our thoughts and prayers to all your family and friends. Dave and Pam and family."
