Terri (Burkhart) McDonald, 68 of Raymond, Iowa, joined the angels on Wednesday, September 16th, while under the care of St. Croix Hospice with family by her side. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in the Spring. The family asks that cards and memorials be mailed to 59 Oklahoma Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. Terri, daughter of Layton and Phyllis (Carter) Burkhart from Ogden, Iowa, was born on August 1st, 1958 in Boone, Iowa. She was an Iowa State University graduate and worked for many years as a Materials and Logistics Manager. On December 16th, 2020, Terri was united in marriage to Michael McDonald in Raymond, Iowa. Terri was known for being selfless, creative, adventurous, loyal, and for having a dry sense of humor. She would help anyone with anything and was a problem solver. She is described as the all around best person and there was never an adventure Terri wasn’t up for. She enjoyed the sunshine, riding motorcycles and quads, boat rides, and traveling. Terri also loved crafting of all kinds.
