ax preparation and was later employed at Farmer's Home Administration. Virginia was very artistic, an expert seamstress and cook and also gifted with crochet and knitting. She was also the one who could always get the kites to fly high in the air! She enjoyed being active in the Shenandoah Garden Club, PEO, the Presbyterian Women's Group, several bridge clubs and hosted a yoga exercise group in her home. She was lovingly known as "GG" to her four granddaughters whom she loved cooking special treats for and making clothes. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lee; brothers Jack, Byron and Bob Jones; sister Dorothy Lou Wade; and son-in-law G. David Binegar. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters Lynn Binegar of Davenport and Laura Stephens of Council Bluffs; son Scott Gingery (Janet Zackert) of Yorktown, VA; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many other relatives and a host of friends.
