Lake Preservation & Wetland Development. Wintering in Florida, he attended the First Baptist Church of Venice, participated in a large Bible study, and was active with Habitat for Humanity. Rounding out his other interests were fishing, hunting, iceboating, piloting small planes and snowmobiling for a week at the beginning of the Iditarod Sled Dog Race in Alaska. Fred was a member of College Park Church and attended Bible Study Fellowship. He is survived by: his wife of 62 years, Susan, daughters, Linda Wurster and Jane Bruce, son, Albert, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, brothers, Russell (Peggy) Wurster and James (Sarajane) Wurster. His mother, father and brother, Donald, preceded him in death. Calling will be on Friday, August 17th at Leppert Mortuary, Nora, from 5 - 8 pm. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am at College Park Church on Saturday, August 18th. Memorial contributions may be made in Fred's memory to the Alzheimer's Association's Greater Indiana Chapter or College Park Church.
