sons and grandchildren wrestle. He was proud to attend the state wrestling meet this spring and watch his grandson win his second state championship. He was an avid gardener, birdwatcher and enjoyed watching the squirrels as well. He loved his cat, Vern. He truly loved his children and family. Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Charlotte Esmoil of Muscatine; his children, Michelle Esmoil of Muscatine, Mark Esmoil and wife, Chari, of West Liberty, Matthew Esmoil and wife, Kathy, of Nichols, Amy Eichelberger and husband, Myron, of Muscatine, and Emily Druhl and husband, Matthew, of Nashua, New Hampshire; 12 grandchildren; and two brothers, Orval Esmoil and wife, Judy, of Muscatine, and James Esmoil of Madison, Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Linda; one sister, Cheryl Brenneman; and one brother, Ronald Esmoil.
