s witty sense of humor.
In 1998 Ronnie left Milwaukee and moved to Madison. In Madison, he was adopted by his friend Nancy Meuer's family. His Madison Meuer family who grieve his passing include Rita, Kevin, Nancy, Tess (Christine Luther), Jeff; Brian, Pam (Gunnar Josefsson) and their children, Eric and Jenny (Eldon Roberts) Josefsson, Karen and Jim (Barb) Meuer. His life was blessed with the love and support of both his Milwaukee and Madison family.
The families wish to thank those who cared for and supported Ron during his years long struggle with kidney failure: St Mary's Hospital and Dr Peggy Simpson; St Mary's Dialysis Unit and staff; Capital Centre staff and residents, especially Georgia and Brenda; Yahara House staff and participants, especially Shoua Lee; Heartland Hospice, including Dr Doug Hobson, Denise, Bree, Laura, Chaplain Jim as well as the Aids who assisted Ron and his families at his home and on the day of his death [some names escape us due to our grief!]; and the staff at Stoughton Hospital who administered to Ron's comfort and needs in his last days of life. Ron had many Angels in his Life and you are all among them. Gratitude is sent to both his Madison and Milwaukee Family and Friend Angels. Finally, a heartfelt thank you goes to siblings Marie and Dannie, who provided 24/7 care in the past weeks to allow Ron to stay in his home as long as he did. Ron was dearly loved and will be remembered for his generous, loving spirit and his sense of humor.
