n's lives. He was president of the Franklin County Baseball Association for ten years and coached baseball for his two sons. Dale loved his grandchildren dearly and would do anything for them, even grocery shopping. He continued a tradition of taking his grandkids to the "Horsey Park," aka Harriman's Park, started by his father-in-law. Dale is survived by his wife, Teresa of Hampton; son Ian Barrick of Greene and his children Taryan, Mason and Addison; daughter Ashley and husband Jeremy Rodamaker of Iowa Falls and their children Kaden, Owen and Leila; son Chase and Elissa Barrick of Spencer and their daughter Quinn; siblings: Dennis and wife Joan of Iowa Falls, James and wife Cheryl of Hampton, Kenneth and wife Carrie of Pella, Laura and husband Phil Johnson of Belmond and Roger of Clear Lake; along with his aunt Shirly Schmidt of Belmond, and uncle Duane Renberg of Thornton and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Leona, along with aunts and uncles Walter Schmidt, Richard and Cora Schmidt, Carol Renberg, David and Joan Nolte and George and Mary Kinseth.
