ry resident and farmer, he enjoyed serving on the Allen Co-op Board and served as an elder and trustee on the church board at Martinsburg. He and Elsie enjoyed serving as Lamplighters for Aid Association for Lutherans for many years. Clifford was always grateful for his friends, neighbors and family and never passed up an opportunity for some fun humor. He and Elsie enjoyed dancing, playing cards, traveling and serving together in the community. They loved spending time with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include a son, Wayne, and his wife Louise of Omaha; daughter, Linda, and her husband, Ron Reiser of Grand Island; five grandchildren, Chad & Jenny Rasmussen of Houston, TX, Eric & Danielle Rasmussen of Atlanta, GA, Sara & Michael Breetzke of Omaha, NE, Matthew & Amanda Reiser of Omaha, NE, and Amy & Tim O'Neill of Littleton, CO; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and their spouses. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie; his parents; brother, Irvin and sister-in-law Irene. Memorials are suggested to Mission Central in Mapleton, Iowa or Trinity Lutheran Church, Martinsburg.
