an avid and loyal Nascar fan and even built his own car back in Ohio. He loved his community at Heritage Oak Park, especially his time with friends at the pool and at poolside lunch on Wednesdays. Lou enjoyed volunteering during his lifetime and was active with many organizations. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He was a loving father to his three children, Rose Marie Ferreri, Louis (Kimberly) Wolf and Larry Wolf. He has one surviving sister, Rose Marie Wolf of Youngstown, Ohio. He leaves many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving wife of 9 years, Lorraine Ricard Wolf, step-children, Christopher (Tracie) Ricard of Fredricksburg, VA, Michael (Laura) Ricard of Alexandria, VA and Nicole (Lt Col John Woodcock) Ricard also of Alexandria, VA. He was predeceased by his first wife, Bernice in 2002. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm till 4:00pm on Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 2405 Harbor Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL. A Rosary Service will be at 3:30 pm. The Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday November 14, 2017 at the St Maximillian Kolbe Catholic Church, 1441 Spear Street, Port Charlotte, FL. Burial with military honors will follow on Tuesday at 2:30 pm at the Gulf Pines Memorial Park, 2401 Englewood Road, Englewood, FL 34223. God Speed Lou and Semper Fi until we see you again.
